2. In-person consultation and treatment plan
Allow time in Rawalpindi for examination, discussion of alternatives, consent, tests and a cooling-off period where appropriate before treatment.
3. Procedure and early recovery
We can help identify suitable accommodation and local travel arrangements around the type of anaesthesia, expected mobility and required review dates. A responsible adult may be necessary, while hospital admission depends on the operation and treating facility.
4. Postoperative review
Do not schedule non-refundable return travel until the surgeon has explained the required review dates and likely fit-to-travel window. Flying too soon can be inappropriate after some operations.
5. Continuing care at home
Before leaving Pakistan, obtain wound-care instructions, medication information, warning signs, emergency contacts and a plan for sharing updates or seeking local care.
Accommodation, local travel and tourism support
We help patients with information and coordination for accommodation, local travel and tourism during their stay. These non-medical arrangements should be confirmed in advance, may involve independent providers and can have separate costs. Treatment, recovery instructions and postoperative reviews always take priority over tourism plans.
